I found this recipe for chicken soup, I have made this twice
Chicken Soup Recipe
Ingredients:
1 - Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil or to your liking.
1 - Medium onion, chopped (about 1 cup)
4 - Stalks of celery, diced (about ¾ cup)
5 - Medium carrots, sliced (about 1 1/3 cup)
3 - large garlic cloves, minced
3 - (32oz.) carton low-sodium organic chicken broth you may need 1 more as needed.
½ - a teaspoon of salt + more to your taste as needed
½ - a teaspoon of ground black pepper
1 - bay leaf
½ - a teaspoon of dried thyme leaves
½ - teaspoon onion power
¼ - teaspoon celery seed
1 ½ - cups of pasta (Egg Noodles)
3 - cups of shredded or chopped rotisserie chicken breast, boneless, skinless
1 - juice of one lemon
¼ - cup chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
3 – cups of water if the soup needs more liquid.

Instruction:
- Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for 1-2 mins.
- Add onion, celery, and carrot to the large pot; cook, stirring frequently, for about 9 min. or until carrots are tender.
- Add broth and seasonings, stir to combine, and bring to a boil. Add pasta and chicken, reduce heat to low; gently boil for 10 min.
- Add lemon juice and fresh parsley before serving. Taste and add additional salt, if it is needed.
